I created my course, Business as a Spiritual Journey, to help empaths and highly sensitives flourish on the path of entrepreneurship. The program is a distillation of everything I’ve learned over the years running of my own business and helping hundreds of other entrepreneurs through my coaching practice.

When we approach Business as a spiritual journey we see how our “audience” is actually our soul group, how our blocks are just here to show us our gifts, and how becoming an entrepreneur is an initiation into fulfilling your soul’s blueprint.

Check out the link in my profile to learn more. The sale ends tonight at midnight EST!

Have you ever noticed that you can follow five dif Have you ever noticed that you can follow five different people who say the same things, but only one person will say it in a way that speaks to you? This is because it’s their *consciousness*, not their content, that resonates.

In a world defined by a constant drip feed of information, the unending emphasis on “content creation” can feel deeply overwhelming (especially for all my fellow introverts and empath entrepreneurs out there). But the simple truth is that, in terms of creating change and connecting with the people you are meant to, its not about what you put out there. It’s about *who* you are...and your willingness to let your innate spirit shine through.

What does this mean? It means that you do not need to be on a treadmill of endless output. Or find the perfect words or the most ideal photo. It means that your continual journey of self-recognition and expression is part of what makes you successful.

It means that you are enough. And that the real definition of success is just becoming even more of who you innately are— a source of light that naturally, exuberantly, effortlessly and effectively radiates✨.

Starting a business was the hardest thing I’ve e Starting a business was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. For years I poured everything I had into getting it off the ground, but whenever I hit another wall, I crumbled into self-doubt— Are my gifts not enough? Am I just not meant to have a business?

In our culture, we see work as the place where we give our gifts to the world. Because we place this value on our careers, it naturally follows that our work becomes the very arena where we are invited to dance with our greatest blocks— and learn how to dissolve them.

Starting a business is like signing up for a one-on-one coaching session with your personal spiritual guide. Your business is your teacher, it will help you release everything that has stood in your way since the beginning, so you can step into the meaningful role you were meant to fulfill on this planet.

The blocks that come up when you start your business are not a sign that you are on the wrong path. They are a signal that you are exact right on track in your spiritual development. My biggest block was the belief that I wasn’t good enough. I thought, in order to deserve a place in this world, I would have to learn how to be everything to everyone.

Over the years my business gave me ample opportunities to meet this pervasive thought pattern head on… and transcend. Every time I hit a block, the business convinced me to stay with it. And every time I did, I was literally able to dissolve the trauma that had created the block in the first place. My business gave me the opportunity to do this soul work and showed me how to get to the other side, a life of more profound spiritual exaltation, creativity, and connection then I ever could have imagined.

One of my biggest concerns in starting my business One of my biggest concerns in starting my business was that I was simply too sensitive to be an entrepreneur. As an empath, I regularly felt depleted at social events, I was nearly always overwhelmed by my inbox and I took every comment on social media to heart. When things got hard, I often found myself asking the universe…am I just too sensitive to have a business?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But, every time I asked this question, I was met with the exact same answer— No. In fact, you are built for this.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
At first this response didn’t make sense, but overtime I began to understand the superpowers of being an empathic entrepreneur. Empaths have the incredible ability to connect to others on a heart level. Because of this, empaths are actually designed to be able to read the collective need and respond by offering something truly helpful. As empaths, we can shift business from being about the bottom line, to being about soulful service— but it begins with believing that what we have to bring is valuable.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You, in your introversion, in your sensitivity, in your empathic gifts are here to be a channel on this Earth. You are here to lead the way back to a more sane, heartfelt, and natural way of being. Beginning a business can seem scary, but it is also one of the most profound ways to shift the fabric of our reality. If we only stick with it, our businesses will show us the most precious thing of all— how to truly be ourselves.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m honored to be share with you what I've learned about truly heartfelt entrepreneurship through my course, Business as a Spiritual Journey— created to help my fellow empaths and sensitives flourish on the path of creative entrepreneurship ✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Your dreams are the seeds for a post-Covid world.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Once upon a time my dream was to create a business where I could make a livelihood doing the things I loved: being in nature, reading books, pondering the big questions, and connecting with people. I dreamed of a career that allowed me to follow the interests of my soul full-time. A business that was a force of generosity, encouragement, inspiration and hope in the world.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then, during the lockdown, it finally hit me— my dream had come true. In the hardship of this past year, while everything else in my life seemed so uncertain, my business was a touchstone. A place of not just comfort and security, but purpose, beneficence and hope. The seed I planted so long ago had finally bloomed— and your seed will too.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The businesses that rise up out of this time will be the forces that shape the world to come. The dream of your business is not only possible, it is essential in the creation of this new world. If the ground of this past year has been a dream incubator for your idea of a business, I’d love to support you in making those dreams come true in Business as a Spiritual Journey⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A five-week course inspired by my years as both a business owner and guide, Business as a Spiritual Journey was made to help compassionate and earth-connected empaths like you create the business you've always dreamed of, in a way that feels truly aligned with your soul.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In celebration of the new seeds being planted now, the course is on sale until January 25th. (Link in profile).
When I used to lead past life regressions, it was When I used to lead past life regressions, it was common for my clients to start their journey in the void. Often appearing as a wall of darkness— the void can feel like a frustrating chasm of nothingness. But over my years of guiding folks on these journeys, I learned that the void isn’t a dead end, it is a sign that there are things beyond your wildest imagination awaiting you on the other side. Your consciousness is simply preparing you for those visions to come alive.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In the midst of such intense times, it can be hard to see beyond the void. But like the bend of light in the far north, when the midnight sun casts the landscape in twilight, a new day is just beyond the horizon. Soon, the sun will be rising again over the hills, bringing with it a new season. Until then, the dreams you plant in this time of twilight, will have powerful repercussions for the world to come. Much like the dreams that visit us spontaneously at night, these visions are not just fancies— they are oracles. They are impulses arising from the Earth, saying: this is the way forward.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So take some time today to ask yourself: in the tumult of this time, with the world furrowed like freshly turned soil, what seeds do you want to plant? As the thaw emerges, what dreams do you want to push into the loose, dark depths— for the collective, for the Earth, and for yourself?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
