Happy Leap Year

Every day has got its stories. Historically, in parts of Europe, Leap Day was the only time women were “allowed” to propose to men (and if they refused? well, they owed the woman anything from a kiss to a silk dress. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me.)

Happy Leap Year everyone! Let’s all celebrate by doing something unexpected today…
